Jyotsna & The J Note – PARANNE

"PARANNE" is a sincere expression of Jyotsna's journey towards self discovery. The song gives us the message that all of us are capable of rising out of the ashes like a phoenix. This message of discovering one's self has been depicted in the video through two beautiful Japanese spiritual philosophies of ENSO and KINTSUGI. ENSO is the circle of life that depicts the highest state of enlightenment, devoid of all earthly possessions.As you can see, the artist is creating her Enso towards the end of the video. KINTSUGI, on the other hand, is a Japanese art form where pieces of broken vessels are put back together using gold. The main ideology behind the art of KINTSUGI is that "it is the scars that you endure in life that make you a beautiful piece of art". The final frame shows Jyotsna as a human representation of KINTSUGI. "THE J NOTE" is Jyotsna's music band and "PARANNE" is their debut music video.
